HOW DO I RESERVE A STALL?
Spaces at Lanka Comic Con are available on a first-come-first served basis. To register, please fill in the LANKA COMIC CON 2025 VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM below. Lanka Comic Con will then contact you to finalise your space.
Please note: Filling out the registration form does not guarantee you a space at Lanka Comic Con. Applications will be reviewed as and when received by the Lanka Comic Con team based on space availability and product fit. Your space at Lanka Comic Con will only be confirmed on final receipt of payment.
CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE STALLS?
You may purchase up to two Stall Spaces, Food Stalls, or Vendor Tables and combine them to make a larger space.
Junior Food Tables and Artists
Alley Tables are limited to one table each.
HOW DOES FABRICATING MY OWN STALL WORK?
If you have purchased a Stall Space and wish to construct your own stall, you may do so. You will receive 1 power outlet per Stall Space purchased. Vendors fabricating their own stalls will still be charged the same fee. If you wish to fabricate your own stall, please inform the Lanka Comic Con team so we can share the necessary guidelines with you.
HOW DO I FIND MY STALL OR VENDOR SPACE ON THE DAY?
Floor plans for Lanka Comic Con are curated internally by the team. All vendor spaces are placed preferentially for high customer contact based on our vendors and sponsors each year and their flagship product. Floor plans for each space will be shared with you the week before Lanka Comic Con.
